Villa Don Coco is a beach front, tropical jungle paradise property of 1.3 Acres, located only 1 hour away from Managua, and within the unspoiled resort area called Pochomil Viejo.

This Villa is constructed on a small hill of the same property, so it has panoramic ocean view. A large terrace with fans, hammocks, seating area and bar, provides comfort and breath taking views of the sunsets you will experience in this home. A/C dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The house fits 10 guests.

The property is covered with tropical gardens, exotic flowers, coconut and almond trees, and tons of other fruits and vegetation. Some of the trees are over 100 years old. Enjoy the beautiful pool area, with lazy chairs, tables and umbrellas. It's like being in an oasis. The property is somehow like an island as it is surrounded by a fresh water stream. Once you cross our wooden bridge you can enjoy the sand, as well as surf your private break, swim on the tide pools, pick up shells, wait for sunsets and see millions of stars as you enjoy the warmth of our fire torches. Take advantage of the barbeque grill available for guests, there is also a trained horse free to use for your errands, visits to town, fish market or a fun stroll. Our caretakers will asist you, cook and clean.
